インプラント治療編 : ブロック骨移植により骨量の再生後インプラント治療を行なったケース (A case in which implant treatment was performed after bone mass regeneration using block bone grafting)　女性　患者様の声

右下大臼歯部分の著しい骨欠損と炎症症状によりインプラント治療が可能な骨量の不足のため、下顎枝からブロック骨を移植し、骨量の再生後にインプラント治療を行なった患者さんです。

患者さんは、右下大臼歯の動揺を自覚していたものの長期に渡り経過を見られていました。歯列は、オープンバイト（開口）の歯列であり臼歯の負担荷重が著しく大臼歯の消耗、骨吸収が生て限界の症状を呈していました。オープンバイト（開口）のケースでは、臼歯の負担荷重が大きくインプラント治療や補綴治療においてリスクがあるため、歯列矯正を検討する必要もあると考えます。しかし、患者さんの年齢を考え歯列矯正は現実的ではないため、インプラント治療において重要となる頬側骨の確保と安定、質が高いかつ骨との結合の安定性の信頼度の高いインプラントと考え、スイス製のストローマンインプラントのティッシュレベルインプラントを選択しました。世界シェアもトップレベルのインプラントメーカーを選択することも重要と考えます。それぞれの患者さんに合ったインプラント治療を検討し、当医院の持ち得る知識から最適な治療を目指しています。手前の歯は、オールセラミック修復により機能改善し、咀嚼機能を可能な限り改善を目指しました。心を込めて取り組むことができましたことと患者さんのご協力を得られながら治療に集中できたことに大変感謝致します。

The patient was aware of the mobility of the lower right molar, but had been monitoring the progress for a long time. The dentition was an open bite, and the load on the molars was significant, leading to wear and bone resorption, which caused symptoms of limitation.
In the case of an open bite, the load on the molars is large, which poses risks for implant treatment and prosthetic treatment, so orthodontic treatment may also be considered. However, considering the patient's age, orthodontic treatment is not realistic, so we selected a tissue level implant from Straumann Implants, a Swiss company, as we believe that it is an implant that secures and
stabilizes the buccal bone, which is important for implant treatment, and is high quality and highly reliable in terms of the stability of the bond with the bone. We also believe that it is important to select an implant manufacturer with a leading global market share. We consider implant treatment that is suitable for each patient and aim to provide the best treatment based on the knowledge we have at our clinic. The front teeth were restored with all-ceramic restorations to improve function and chewing function as much as possible.
